Gold prices rise slightly on Thursday, silver rates reduced by Rs 121

On Thursday, the prices of gold in Delhi increased by Rs 21. According to HDFC Securities, gold prices on Thursday edged up to sell at Rs 48,196 per 10 grams in the national capital, amid a rise in international precious metal prices. The yellow metal had closed at Rs 48,175 per 10 grams in its previous trade. While there was an increase in the price of gold, a fall in the prices of silver was registered by Rs 121. Silver is now priced at Rs 65,147 per kg. It had closed at Rs 65,268 per kg in its previous trade. Gold was trading 0.13% higher at $1,869 an ounce in COMEX trading. Globally, gold prices fell by 0.06% to USD 1,871.60 an ounce in New York.
