Aryan Khan to stay in jail till October 20 as court reserves decision on bail
The bail plea of actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in the Cruise Drugs Party case was heard again on Thursday. After the hearing, the court has reserved the verdict till October 20. Senior lawyers Amit Desai and Satish Maneshinde on behalf of Aryan Khan, while Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Anil Singh presented the arguments on behalf of NCB. For the next six days, other accused including Aryan Khan will remain in jail. During the hearing in the court, Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh said, "Aryan Khan has not consumed drugs for the first time but has been taking it for a long time."
