Former PM Manmohan Singh's condition now stable, PM Modi wishes for speedy recovery
Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh's health suddenly deteriorated on Wednesday. He was admitted to Delhi's All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at 6.15 PM due to mild fever and shortness of breath. He has cardiac and neurological problems and is being treated under the supervision of Dr. Nitish Nayak, Department of Cardiology. AIIMS has also constituted a medical board for further examination of the 89-year-old Congress leader. On Thursday, PM Modi tweeted, "I pray for the good health and speedy recovery of Dr. Manmohan Singh Ji."
